Trial Period
We offer a 24-hour free trial to allow customers to test our service before making a purchase. Customers are strongly advised to use this trial to ensure compatibility with their device, application, internet connection, and expectations.
Activation & Credit Usage
All IPTV subscriptions are credit-based.
Once a line is activated, credits are automatically consumed by the system.
Due to this, subscriptions cannot be reversed, paused, or refunded after activation.
No Refund After Activation
No refunds will be issued once the service has been activated, regardless of:
- Change of mind
- Device or app incompatibility
- Internet speed or ISP restrictions
- Partial usage or non-usage
This policy applies to all subscription durations (monthly, quarterly, yearly, or otherwise).
Technical Support
If you experience technical issues after activation, our support team will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving them.
Technical assistance does not qualify for a refund.
Exceptions
Refunds are only considered if:
- The service was not activated, and
- A verified system-side issue prevented activation entirely
- Any exception is at the sole discretion of management.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after activation violates this policy and may result in permanent service suspension without notice.
